Justice for Every Journey
Our Mission
Justice isn’t a destination—it’s a journey we take together.
At Arrival & Advocacy, we stand with people who’ve been silenced, sidelined, or shut out. Whether you’re navigating displacement, facing systemic injustice, or fighting for protection under the law, we walk with you—one step at a time.
Our mission is rooted in dignity, equity, and the belief that everyone deserves to be heard. Through legal support, community education, and policy advocacy, we work to make sure every voice counts, every right is protected, and every path forward is lit with hope.
Our Founder
Arrival & Advocacy was founded in 2024 by attorney Jonathan Nobles in response to a problem he encountered nearly every day in his private practice: immigrant families in crisis being turned away—or going unrepresented—simply because they couldn’t afford a lawyer. Saying “no” wasn’t an option. So he decided to build something that could say “yes.”
This nonprofit is our answer to the legal justice gap in immigration. We work to close it–one family, one filing, one hearing at a time.
Jonathan is proud to serve as President and Immigration Legal Director.
